What You Will Do
· Backend: Design and develop scalable backend services for a high-performance FinTech SaaS platform
· Leadership: Guide, coach, mentor and develop your team while keeping performance in mind
· Culture: Build a trust-based, engaged environment and foster positive team dynamics
Your Profile
· Education: Bachelor or master studies in computer science or similar fields
· Experience: 3 years of Java backend development and experience in people management and coaching
· Skills: Strong with Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, communication skills and fluent in English (C1)
· Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset as well as passion and empathy for people
· Location: You are already living in Bratislava or the surrounding region and can be on-site regularly (2 days(week). This role is intended for locally based candidates - relocation is not part of this position.
